well,i start of my day with a prayer and plan my schedule for the day so that it could make the day a rather useful one.. I always keep a tight schedule so that i enjoy every minute of that day(especially during holidays). I started this practice since 2 yrs ago and i have been able to enjoy since then my holidays without any difficulty.. how do you feel about this idea?

If you can learn from your mistakes from yesterday then tomorrow you are a better person for it. By writing targets down each day which can then be crossed off and you feel that you have achieved something by looking at your list and feeling good that you have set out to achieve what you wanted it also gives you confidence to do bigger and better things tomorrow!

Good question/topic.....I for the most part try to spend some quality time alone with me...during the school yr its easy because I'm in the house by myself majority of the week...in the summer its a little trickier becuase the kids are home but since I USUALLY get up so much earlier than them and my husband leaves for work so early I more often than not get that quite time out on the porch with my coffee...During that time I like to just "be" I dont think about anything in specific, I dont worry about anything or plan anything etc..I just sit, enjoy my coffee, watch the world wake up and just bask in the beauty of being alive ya know...

Positive thinking and positive action be it small or big will make everyday better and that is what I follow.

Starting a day with a prayer is very nice, I also ask God to guide me and give me strength every morning and my days are usually so full that I always have a sense of fulfillment, even during the time I spend on the internet.
