Have you killed any animal for food?

dead pig - It is usually seen in market in which you can buy the flesh meat which is fresh, meaning it is a newly died pig.

We can see them already killed and cleaned in the market, fish, pork or even beef. But have you tried killing an animal, for food consumption. for instance killing a pig for a party specifically a birthday party, or even a chicken for a simple anniversary, i think i just don't want to do it, and even i do it i will not really eat it, because i hear the cryings, and all stuff. Have you experienced it? Do you want to do it?

This reminds me of the time my dad decided he wanted to have rabbit for dinner. I thought of it as my pet. After momma cooked it no one really wanted to eat it. I know I didn't. At the same time there were times when money was hard to come by my father was taking barber school and my mother was working at a sewing machine factory. I was 7 or 8. So no I don't like knowing that a animal is killed for food. Now fish I don't mind and if it is food from the store that is fine also.

Hi there. Personally I have'nt killed or harmed an animal in my life, but I have seen animals being killed for food, I have cousins that hunt, do skinning and boning etc... And I have carved a medium size pig up myself, which I was asked too... Did I enjoy it? No I didnt... Yes I have heard the squeals and cries of these beasts, Pig, cow and sheep... I would like to kill one myself though never...

No, I haven't personally. I don't have the stomach for it. I'd feel guilty, even though the food would be going to feed people. I have gone fishing before, but I wasn't the one to kill the fish. I just couldn't do it. And I really don't want to.

Yes I have killed several chickens for the use in our home. But that was years back. Then dressed chicken was not available in shops. But now since dressed chicken is freshly available in meat stalls, we buy it. Thank you.

My family use to raise pigs and chickens. They also are huge deer hunters. I have never seen them kill a deer, but I have seen them kill ducks and then eat them. I have never seen a pig killed before either despite living on a farm. I have however been part of the chicken slaying experience where we had to chop off their heads. Then I had to help pluck their feathers. I hate it though. I have never personally killed anything. As of now my family is not farmers. Hard to make money nowadays doing that unless you're a huge farm. I hate how animals are going through animal cruelty for it though.
