The cleaning services I have looked at have been over my budget, although I am getting professional carpet cleaning. Any tips on specific cleaners especially with my bathtub, windows? Also my bathtub now takes a long time to drain. I don’t want to use anything that will damage the surface.

If possible, move everything out before you start cleaning, much easier if you don't have to work around furniture and boxes.
Start at the top, do the walls and windows first, then the floors.
I have a horrible soap buildup in my tub, I've tried all kinds of name brand cleaners and they don't do a thing. I've had the best luck using dish soap and a scrub brush, doesn't seem to have hurt the surface at all.
Another cleaning product you might want to try is Bon Ami, it is a scouring powder like Ajax, but it isn't as abrasive although it cleans just as well.
It may seem more expensive to hire a professional carpet cleaner, but when you consider the cost of renting a machine and buying the stain pretreater and the soap, plus the hours you will spend doing it yourself, it might be cheaper in the long run. And they usually have much better results.
For windows, I always use Windex and lots of paper towels. If I have a lot of greasy buildup (lots of grandkids with dirty hands who love to kiss the glass while wearing lipstick or lip balm) I will wash it with dish soap first to cut through then grease, then use the Windex to get rid of the streaks.
