Poverty is most of the time the number 1 issue in most countries. Many attemps have been made by each its government to decrese them if not totally iradicate them. They have drawn the line before to save people from it. However, it has been years and not much of the result have been observed to elivate the life of the many. Do you think its time to REDRAW the line?
