Do you have costrophobia?

I think I might have a mild form of it. I can do an elevator but if it got stuck I would lose it. It is the fear I can't get out of it. Feeling trapped. I don't like lots of stuff or people around me cause I would feel swarmed? Do you have it? How do you manage it?

Thanks for the best response. Someone once said it was more of a control thing. You don't have control over a crowd, but do when you are the speaker. The same person also liked to ask what you like that might be opposite what you fear. So, if you don't like closed spaces, but like outdoors, it might be freedom you desire.
