Donkey mails- How to sign offers in the paid tool bar of Donkey mails?

Regarding the above i read in the donkey mails site that, one can earn easily $60 a month, by signing the offers in the paid tool bar.
I have doubts, as i have not till date signed any get paid to sign free offers.
1) Is it possible for people like me from India?
2) Must i have a vaild credit card?
3) Must i deposit money. For example, there is one site, named, www.planet-traffic.com, which says that guaranteed vistors only for $10. If i'm to sign this offer, will the company take the $10 from my account after the expiry of the free trial period?
