Living In Dull Monotony

You can try to do something different or just go out instead of staying in. You know, do something new and different once in awhile.

I am always curious about a lot of things, if I can change something I will do so. If I can't change it, I will change other things, like learning something new, rearrange furnitures, learn deeper about subjects I've been interested with for a long time and in spring or summer I go out more fishing or dipping.

You have to change how you see things from the inside. Change how you see yourself and life from inside, and nothing on the outside is ever boring. If you are moving toward your life's dreams, there is no such thing a monotony. Boredom is only a state of mind.

By doing something out of the ordinary I think like getting pampered, going to a movie, visiting friends I haven't seen in a long time and so forth.

I do not have much choice sweetheart - with my back and mobility problems I am not strong enough to even change my surroundings! xxx

A lot of people fear change, but life will be thoroughly monotonoous without experiencing any change. Whether its living in the same place, stuck with the same job, eating the same food, going through the same activities, routine can make you feel as if you are in a rut. To avoid such monotony, you can take drastic measures and make major changes. However, that can be upsetting. The best way is to reframe one's thinking. Try to find something new in your everyday routine. Learn to feel excitement about simple activities. Decide not to be bored and see things from a new perspective. Sounds simple enough..but it can be done..

Routine existence would be very boring for me. I have challenges everyday of my life doing one thing or another. I believe that life has a purpose and therefore one should not be bored in life as life is so very short that we must enjoy every minute of it. I don't see the birds getting bored.
