No matter how seasoned you are as a performer, you will always experienced stage fright. The question is not to eliminate it, but know how to manage it. You will always have butterflies in your stomach, the skill is to make them fall in line.
Some practical tips I can give you to help manage stagefright are the following: (1) Prepare as best as you can. Knowing that you are prepared will go a long way to ease your nervousness. (2) Visualize. Before the said event, visualize in your head a successful presentation. (3) Take deep breaths. Relax as best as you can and start. Usually stage fright last only the first few minutes of the performance, so if you survive that, you will be fine.
Hope this helps and good luck.

I used to be terrified by stages or talking in front of any audience. When I had to talk in front of the classroom in school I was... speachless (and that's a miracle for those who know me). So teachers were confused why I got so good grades at term papers and so low grades when I had to do an exercise at the blackboard. And after that period, someone game me the idea to hold a paper clip in my hand and play with it while I talk. And find a friendly face in the audience and keep looking at that face. And it helped. Well, I still shiver and swet like hell when I have to talk in front of more than 10 people but at least I finish what I have to say:) I really admire people who can perform on stage in front of a lot of people.
