This just in. Being an American, I have to count on the citizens of the U.K. to inform me of what I find concerning their country/lives.
One of my dearest friends from over your way just sent me this little tid-bit: http://eutruth.org.uk/
What I'm asking from you is to fill me in on the background info and tell me what you are getting out of this. I'm not a scholar of U.K. history (and what world history we are taught is more than likely from an American perspective), please clue me in.

So I wonder what this means for the colonies of england, such as canada? Are they cut loose on their own? Or are they now under the E.U. umbrella. I dont know alot about this whole E.U. myself. It does, I'll admit, sound a bit like another conspiricy theory. That being said, the gradula move of the nations in europe to a more socialistic and progressive society (more than in the years right after wwII) does lend a bit to the concern and possibility thsat this is for real.

"another conspiracy theory"
Ok, like I said, I don't know what's going on over there, but that comment tends to make me cringe.
We all know our governments and politicians lie constantly, yet when people find evidence to debunk the lies people whip out that phrase.
I would like to know what is fact and what isn't tho, that's for sure.
What happens over there directly affects us since the Rothchilds own a big chunk of our Federal Reserve.

This is so delightfully evil and sinister in nature; and who doesn't love a great story about an "evil empire" that isn't the one you already live in; but I'm afraid that you folks are way too well read for me to interject anything that would make sense into, so I will sit back and learn. Thank you for the discussion visitor. ~Donna

Fascinating website. I'm afraid I can only put it down as some sort of conspiracy theory. Where would America stand in all this. We have fought side by side for 5 decades now in various parts of the globe. Sure there is a creeping Europeanism about the UK. I do not think the British public will stand being dragged into Europe like this article suggests. Some examples. The Falklands crisis - We upped sticks and went down to the South Atlantic and kicked the Argies rightly or wrongly of our turf, with no help from anyone ( apologies to any one from argentina!) The Poll Tax, this caused rioting in the UK. There was a very public climbdown from Margaret Thatcher. We have put devolution in place. 35 years could actually see Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales becoming independent. If you can imagine the English getting mad the Scots take it one notch further and the men don't wear underpants under their kilts. Hard to see that being a European directive. As some one else said what about the colonies. Canada and Australia are not going to be overjoyed either. There seems to be a groundswell about leaving the commonwealth but they have been saying that for years.
I always felt an affinity with Europe, I married a German girl, but I worked for 2 American companies. I just like to think that we are living in a global economy and these suggestions have got more to do with fiscal alignment that anything else. The UK is not even using the Euro yet. That would cause major rebellion on its own. Had a brief look at the regional partnership schemes. Seems more like a reasonable way of putting funds into these areas rather than a controlling issue. Certainly does not seem like the beginning of Europeanism to me!
One of the issues in the UK is the apparent lack of any real leadership. Blair was always treated as the nearly man. He had a distinct leaning to Bush. People in UK didn't like that either. Gordon Brown seems more his own man I can't see him being pushed finacialy towards anywhere unless its good for the UK. However he's a bit dull. Seems OK though. Will probably win the next general election. The opposition parties are bit of a joke. Cameron has done himself no favours by shifting his position about schools. Too light weight. On reflexion a pity that David Davies did not become leader, seems to have a safe pair of hands. Menzies Cambell, former Olympic athlete, regretably, along with his party is just out in the wilderness.
Finally I really cannot ever, ever, ever see, Spain, Italy, Germany ever playing cricket (The finest team game in the World!) let alone understanding the rules. No Britain will not pushed into Europe, but it not some radical scare mongerer that will prevent it it will be the middle of the road press and the average citizen in the streets. ( Anyway, over the past 1000 years we have probably fought most of Europe at some time or other!)

Given how bad the actual history he states is (most of the post is pure conjecture) I wouldn't put much stock in his predictions. He starts the EU history halfway through, doesn't seem to know why it originated, and absolutely butchers his references to Hitler (very bad history). This does indeed sound like the stuff of conspiracy theorists, and we know how accurate they are(n't). He sounds like one of those guys who buys into the whole NWO silliness.

I don't know about this writer, per say, but I do know that the Bushes take the NWO "silliness" seriously, and so do the Clintons & Gordon Brown. Don't know how many videos I had to see of these folks making public speeches mentioning words like "one-world government" and "new world order" before I stopped thinking it was some b.s. tied to TV wrestling.
Thanks for pointing out the bad history tho. What I'm trying to find out is how credible this guy who wrote that stuff is.
