My favorite gifts to get are the ones that my children make for me. I have kept almost everything they have made from preschool on up. The boxes are adding up, but I always have the memories that came with them.

I like to receive clothing or accessories. Those types of gifts are usually kind of expensive, so it's a nice surprise to get them for free. I also like gift certificates, so that I can pick out the gift that I want. Any gift is appreciated, though! :)

I like the goodwill of the people - friends and relatives. I generally do not like gifts. I get more pleasure in giving gifts and to see the happy faces. I derive happiness in their happiness.
