when your tired and over worked...what can you possibly do....

i have been working for almost five years now in a small company here in our country, for almost five years now, here we are not allowed to take a paid leave, i can only rest for like once or twice a month, my job is a job of 3 persons, i work for 10 to 12 hours a day, and i really am tired. there are times that i just wanna scream and cry my heart out, its not easy to find a job thats why i am still here, i always think that the only reason why i am still here is that i dont have much of a choice
