when i go to my earnings it says images and participation. how do i earn money for images and participation. what do i have to do?

When you post a discussion topic,
Images: After you reach 500 posts, you can upload images from your personal picture collection, related to the topic. For example, if you talk about tiger, you can post a image on tiger. etc. The moneys thus earned reflects here in these statements.
