What was YOUR most embarrassing Trip or fall?

When I was a teenager I was going out to a bar for a drink with three friends. We went by car and parked outside the pub. I tripped as I got of the car and everyone laughed. It was so very embarrassing. I was in Malaysia and arrived quite late in Mersing. I went out to get something to eat after it had got dark. I thought I was stepping from the pavement into the road that I wanted to cross. However I fell down an open drain! I really hurt my leg in doing this. Some very kind people got me out of the dirty drain. They helped me back to where I was staying. It was Chinese New Year and everybody was heading over to the island just off the coast. I was helped to join them, walking with crutches and one of them borrowed a wheel barrow to push my luggage.
