Well just thought I'd like to share.. I have always thought of Glutathione as a skin whitener. But it actually isn't its use is actually cleaning the liver of free radicals, toxins etc. and it's side effect is whitening. cool.. But there is one thing I should have considered before.. Glutathione is synthesized through a process called biotransformation and it is done in the liver, therefore it cannot be produced outside the living cell there are glutathione molecules in our body already and it is because we are so stressed and because of the free radicals and oxidative stress that we get sick, research also proove that cancer cells are activated from the free radicals in our body, also stress.. the Glutathione sold in the market (pure glutathione as they are labeled) are actually copies of the amino acid glutathione inside the body and are merely whitening pills not glutathione and are actually bad for the body and the liver, that is why most glutathione require us to stop drinking after 3 months. It should not be because we actually need glutathione.. We should remember to buy the pre-cursors not the copy of the glutathione dna. good thing and thank to Protein research, USA, I have found 2 pre-cursors( one with only L-Glutamic acid) and the other (the three needed pre-cursors, L-glutamic acid, L-cystiene, and L-glyciene).. wow!! at least I know I'm drinking the safe L-Glutathione.

yeah I heard it over the news during the past few days. I hope that they would do further studies about it since this new findings looks promising for diseases like cancer and other similar ones. I even heard that it is a promising solution to diabetes as to how I really was not able to get to know how.

Yeah. I've also thought that it was a skin whitening pill. But turned out the skin whitening is just a side-effect rather than the purpose. It's said that it was a healthy medicine. But of course too much can always kill.

well. im happy to say that th one i'm using is food grade and there is no overdose if it is food grade, it's absolutely food. My friend used it and it has very good effects against her asthma (she's actually status asthmaticus) and honestly, she does not carry her puff anymore neither her rotadisk. I have a friend also who's using this 7 capsules per day for 6 months straight, and it has very good effect on him, and he's sooo fair.
