Making Money Online

I keep hearing about people earning $2,000 on websites such as Cash Crate. What are the chances of you getting a computer virus from these sites, and can you be sucked up into some kind of scan where you will wind up paying them money instead of making money? If there is a chance of getting a virus, how can you prevent yourself from getting one, other than using Norton Anti-Virus, etc.?

I would recommend Panda Antivirus. It seems really good. I have used it. It can detect virus and spyware that Trend Micro cannot. Heard from my friends that it is really good. I'm not too sure about Norton because I'm not using it.

People have earned thousands of dollars on GPT sites like Cash Crate. Most have only earned hundreds, but the earnings are growing every day. I've been involved in GPT sites for several months now, and have had no viruses or spyware placed on my computer. I run Norton Anti-Virus once a week, and it has not discovered any problems. As for being scammed, it has not happened to me, but it probably is possible. Make sure you set up a separate e-mail address for all the spam e-mail you will get from signing up for offers. Most of the offers will make you money. Some of the credit card offers require you to spend money to get the GPT money, but you will generally make a profit. I have seen a few offers where you will not make money. For these offers, sign up only if you are truly interested in the product, and would have signed up for it anyway. This way, you're getting a product you already wanted, and getting a discount through the GPT site. Make sure you read the Terms of Service of the offers you complete, especially the credit card offers. Reading the ToS will ensure that you are aware of all possible charges and decrease the likelihood of being scammed. For more GPT info, check out my website: www.squidoo.com/kel12347
