Does anyone have any ideas for a boy's 1st birthday party?

i gave him a children's party with lots of baloons and cakes, and a give aways for the children whom we invited as guest for my childs 1st bday...try one...

oh my i think you are kinda late on planning. some parents plan for a birthday party 6 months before the birthday. well a first birthday party is special for the parents and not for the child for they do not remember anything of this when he grows up. but of course you can show him the pictures. so mostly of the celebration is based on what the parents wants. do what ever you want to do. for example if you think you like a transformer theme then go... the very popular theme here is sponge bob square pants and ninja turtles. enjoy.

WEll I successfully raised 4 boys to manhood. I can't remember doing anything when they were that young. I guess you realise, that at 12 months, your son has No idea what a birthday is? So you have to ask yourself.."what does he like to do the most? whats his favourite foods? who are his favourite people, friends, animals etc" Choose from this list what HE would like the most on his birthday. Go ahead and have fun!
