What makes a TURN ON? The looks or the action?

It's just that there are times that even at the middle of fondling and kissing you suddenly gets out of the action when you feel pain. But there are times that no matter what's happening around you, you just go on doing it. What do you think is the explanation for this? Is it just the timing and mood? Or your focus? Kindly give your ideas about this.

I think its how you long for someone and how much you truly love him. But of course what really makes me turn on at first is his actions and the way he kiss me, that will make me forget everything and just go on.
