Have you ever been spooked by your own reflection?

Tonight, I went to pull down the blinds after it got dark, and saw a movement flash in front of the window. At first I thought someone might have been standing outside looking in, or perhaps one of the neighborhood cats had jumped up on the airconditoner. But, then I realized that it was my own reflection! I couldn't see myself that well, but it was definitely me. How odd, don't you think, that a person could get spooked or scared by their own reflection. Has that ever happened to you?

yes it has LOL I was very young at the time. everyone was saying they heard and saw ghosts at dawn. so one night I went to brush my teeth and I saw two shadows instead of one. I was scared but managed to brush my teeth anyway. I turned around and saw someone standing behind me LOL that's why there were 2 shadows, silly me!

It happens to me all the time! LOL. In mirrors, windows, ect. I am always doing this to myself and I about jump 3 foot in the air everytime I do it, LOL

I hate that! That happens to me all the time when I'm at home alone at night. I've even spooked myself by walking by a mirror lol. I'm not as bad about spooking myself since we live on the second floor of our apartments. But our old house we lived in was awful. I was always getting spooked there.

it have happened to me before, it is very embarrassing to be scare for your own shadow, but I think all the people is always afraid.

Yes, it happens to me all the time. I get scared easily. Especially right after a horror movie. I have cats and they can open doors and sometimes when I am alone I hear the doors open and slam. Scary.
