Dear Friends, kindly help me , i want code of on my website in which , i want to know if any one open my site then some information i get that his/her IP address like that i received in my eamil , so that i know how mamy user is open my site, if any one know kindly help me, regards at my eamil address sunmars@sify.com

You can try statcounter.com which you can add it in your site and will tell you all the details you want about the visitors who visit your site and how they visit and where they from and how many minutes they were in your site, etc. and even more details. it is the best site i have come accross for website statistics. try it.
