Do you think it's ok to return to your old job after you leave it?

If you were previously well regarded by your superiors and you left your old job on a good note and for legitimate reasons, I don't see anything wrong in going back to that job or even a higher one (if you now have more relevant experience working elsewhere and can command a higher status/salary). Some companies will welcome you back with open arms. But there are also some companies that have a policy of not re-hiring someone who had left the company.

I had left the company about one month ago, I was looking for a better job, but the problem is that I don't like it. So Now I am think of returning to the old company, I have asked some of my friend to see the possibility of this. Do you think it's ok to return if I can?

As I had mentioned, if you had left on a good note and your superior viewed your reason positively, there is a chance the company may take you back, especially if your records were good and you were actually working well. Try talking to your superior. He/she may put in a good word for you to get you rehired. But be prepared not to be accepted too, because if your superior didn't think well of you previously, chances are he/she will not want to take you back. I think only you can assess initially where you stand with regards to what I have said.

For me it's not a problem, for as long it has a good offer then why not.
