Cooking is one of my great interests and keep on discussing it on mylot. My family likes my chhole and Pav-bhaji. What are ur special dishes admired by others?

Hi eshaan.Thats great.I love to make and eat pav-bhaji.We like Pani Puri,bread bonda,kachori,samosa with veg stuff.Smiles

I do try all these things but my cover of samosa is not so crispy. I will keep on trying and hope will be successful someday.

My prime rib gets good rave by my family. I do not cook it much because it is so expensive. I am profecting my out door grilling techniques. I am learning how to grill fish and shrimp on the bar-b. I have friends request my potato salad.

Any baking I do always gets big "wow"s out of my family. Especially cupcakes because they're so fun to decorate. As far as actual food, my husband loves my lasagna the best. It was the first thing I ever made for him (after almost a year of marriage) and he had no idea that I could actually cook.
