If you could send a message to "yourself" in a bottle, throw it out in the ocean and be able to find it years later, what would it say? Would the contents of the note make any difference in your life now? Please comment.

Hmm. You stumped me there. Let me think... If I'm gonna send myself a message in a bottle for me to find it years later, it's gonna be a check list of what I want to do. Something like this: 1. Buy a car. 2. Buy a house. 3. Fall in love. 4. Have that love returned. 5. Go to Paris. 6. Go bungee jumping Sort of like that. And then at the end, I'll write there "If there's anything you haven't done yet, go and do it now." I don't know if that note will make a difference in my present life. I don't know if my future self will really do what it says. Being young, I have loads of stuff that I want to do. Young people often dream big, but when people get older, it's like reality drags them down or something and somehow they settle for something else. Some people want to be an artist but ends up being an accountant or something. I guess that message will remind my future self that I had these dreams in the past. Somehow, I owe it to myself to fulfill them.

I thought this discussion might stump a few people. I see that it didn't "stump" you for long though. You seem to have it all figured out. Being young, you have your whole life ahead of you. Always dream big!

I would write live life to the fullest, don't take your life too seriously, love your husband, love your work and love your parents. The contents of the note will help me remember what I've been through and will go through.

I would say to myself, 1) love your children everyday they are growing up very fast. 2) enjoy your family, they are the only ones you have. 3) love your husband he does so much for you. 4) don't take life too seriously, it isn't that big if that glass of milk gets spilled. Basically, they would all be reminders for me and my philosophy on life.

Don't take life too seriously. Isn't that the truth? I can't believe how angry some people get over little things. I got over that a long tome ago.

I would send a message that said....Laugh everyday, and don't take life to seriously. Live to the fullest, like tomorrow might never come, Love with all your heart for you may never get another chance to tell someone how much you love them. http://totouchaheart.blogspot.com
