Weight Loss Competition - Monday, July 9th

Hello everyone! How was your weekend?? I'm sad to report that due to lack of responses for our Friday weigh-ins, I do not know who is in the lead anymore. Our current leader was Sunshine but since their last report, they are back to their original starting weight. I encourage everyone to report in at least once a week for your weigh-in. If you can't make it on Friday then how about Saturday, Tuesday, Monday, whenever! So how did we do this weekend? My weekend was long and exhausting and unfortunately I ate more than I should have. However, I was in the pool most of the afternoon yesterday playing with the little ones, so I'm pretty sure I was burning some calories there. I would love to work out more but I've just been so exhausted lately. I have so many things to do and so little time to do them. I just want to spend one day sleeping and hopefully I'll be half way caught up! So lets hear how you did...

Hi Racheld I went to a Jimmy Buffet party on Saturday so we had margueritas and cheeseburgers. Sat night we were so tired, that we ordered pizza and wings! Then I had 2 parties that I went to on Sunday. I tried to just eat a little bit at both parties. Today I have decided to put myself on the yogurt, friut and lean cusine diet for the week. I leave Saturday for our vacation and want to feel better about myself. Hope more people respond and everyone has a good week.

Morning!I'm not feeling too good today.I think I might be having a mild fever.The flu's bad though.I had nothing but chocolate milk.I hate being sick.

Being sick is the worse. You just feel so drained and you have no energy to move. At least thats how it usually is for me. Hopefully you feel better ASAP!! Take care!

I am hovering between 211 and 215 lb a day now. If I avoid breads and pasta, I may keep it at 211 lb. but I really want to go down farther. We just got back from a cruise and I did not gain there, but I did have a big breakfast and nothing to eat except for a small package of two Peekfreans and tomato juice. The next day, I decided to eat a little less, more yogurt and fruit and got down a bit more. I still have not got my inner time right, so am pretty tired and even the unpacking did not help me lose much weight. I will have to go for more walks.
