I have Poison Ivy on my hand and I need some help on some home remedies to get rid of the rash as well as stop the itching I have never had it before so all advice would help please...

the only thing i can think of is getting hold of some proprietry anti histamine cream to deal with this. However, i have heard that natural youghurt rubbed in helps
