Not really...its useful for business. Its also good for social networking. I've used these 2 tools to know many people and they had helped me quite a bit in my career. Its a good tool to learn things from your seniors as well.

Dont dont think cigrate in any matter would be helo full to our body but if we dring win with fix amount(small) than it would work to our body. We can discuss this with our doctor....
