How many winter coats do you own?

i live in england and i only own one winter coat but i actually own more summer coats 3 of them

Hi there. Yes I do own a winter coat, actually I have 2 winter coats, both black in colour, ones is a long woolly kind of swanie material and the other is a nylon with a thick material inner... I hardly use them, but I know they're there incase...

I can't imagine not owning a winter coat! I grew up further south in the United States than where I live now, but even there it snowed sometimes and I needed a winter coat! Right now I live in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan, and it gets very cold here for much of the year. I have three different winter coats that I can think of, plus snow boots and snow pants. I also own many pairs of things like long underwear and insulated layers, fleeces and things.

I live in Minnesota which is in the north central part of the USA I own about 6 winter coats. We have harsh winters sometimes so you need at least that many!

I do not need a winter coat too often either but I do have some. I have 6 winter coats. I have 4 long sweater that I usualy wear the most, I also have 2 leather jackets .

I owned like 5 winter coats although I'm born in a country which is hot all round the year. I collected these clothes because of my studies in London few years back but they do come in good use because I can use them when I visit cold country. I remembered I visited Chicago when it was Winter and I was freezing. How I hate the cold.

I have one winter coat, a leather jacket, a jacket for when it's raining out and a sweater. Our coat closet is full though because my husband has like 10-15 coats. Don't know why and I'd love to get rid of some of them.

I have just got a new winter coat, waxed cotton, lined, 100% waterproof and warm - just what I need for the coming British winter which will probably be wet and cold as usual.

i own two winter coats but i dont use it her in my country because we dont need it either. i am from the philippines and there is no winter here. but my sister lives in japan and everytime i go there to visit this winter jackets or coats really helps me alot.

I live in the upper midwest of the US, northern Illinois to be exact, where every season is an extreme. I have at least 10 winter coats. I have everything from a long fake fur coat, to a Native American wool horse blanket jacket, to a fiberfil sports jacket, to a down filled parka good to -40F and several other casual and dressy coats. Around here you wear a coat almost every day between December and March so a variety of coats comes in handy. A variety of good boots comes in handy too with all the snow and ice. Yesterday it was 94F and right now we've got thunderstorms and about 80F so I've got the air conditioner on. I would gladly trade you some of that cool weather for this hot and humid weather anytime! LOL Stay warm :D

It felt like snow when we left Winnipeg, around the 14th of September and I made the horrible mistake of not packing any summer clothes except for two dark colored t-shirts and a dark skirt that was lined and one pair of light polyester pants. The rest were mainly fall clothes.

I live in Fl, so I currently have no need for winter coats, I use to live in New England. But I only owned one at a time. There coaty about $60-$100 For a good one!

Living in a city up north I realize wearing coats sometimes is uncomfortable. Walking in the streets is alright, but as soon as you walk in somehwere you want to take all those coats off. Then I realized all my coats were all thrown at my couch. I then got this coat rack it worked out like a charm. You're lucky you live in a warm area! The area I live in has lots of different temps during the winter, so I have coats for different temperatures. I have down ones for when it's down around zero, and I also have a down-filled snowmobile suit for when I have to stay outside shoveling the driveway or something. Brrrr, it gets realllllllly cold here sometimes!

I am from an Asian country, and we here do not have winter. However I was born in USA and when I was small I used to have two winter coats. They were very comfortable to wear and equipped with gloves and a pair of long boots. I wear them rotatingly. I can still remember those times. It was lovely.

i have about 10 or so.. i love to buy a new coat every year, and keep up with the trends.. some of them i just cant get rid of because i like them., some of them i give to coats for kids, an organization that helps children get winter coats. (my kids coats)... mine i give to shelters, or goodwill if i am sick of them.

I have five reasonably good winter coats/jackets. My favourite is a big fluffy black fake fur jacket but the most practical is probably my old black coat I have had for ages.

Oh, goodness. I have more winter coats than I know what to do with. I think I have five right now: a trench coat, a leather biker jacket, two heavy Air Force jackets, and a fancy jacket for dressy occasions.

I have one winter coat..It is green, which is my favorite color..I did not buy it, it was a gift from my sister..
