I do not like it when it is so hot. To stay cool I drink lots of water and tea or sugar free coolaid. I stay in the house bc we have cool are. I wear cloths that are loose and flowing. I also put ice in my drinks and eat the ice. I just love to eat ice. LOL What things do you do to stay cool?

I do hate the hot climate. I avoid visiting those places like where my sister stays (Chennai, India), Where my father in-law stays Mangalore (costal area, India). These areas are 0 to sea level and they are hot throughout the year. There is no such thing as cool climate here, though it rains for months, within a few minutes of stopping of rain, it blows hot, and never cold. I stay at Bangalore, India and it is airconditioned city.

So it has been hot in India all the year round, ssh? Then how many seasons do you have? We have four seasons in China--spring, summer, autumn and winter. My favorite seasons are autumn and spring. It is cool in autumn and warm in spring. I don't like summer and winter when it is hot and cold.

To stay cool, I would turn on my electric fans and I also use the air conditioner when I cannot suffer from the heat. But when I sleep at night, I turn off the air conditioner and use the electric fans only. I drink tea every day as supplement.

I hate heat and sweat. It makes me miserable. But I live in South India which has for seasons.Summer, summer =,summer and more summer. So I wear only the cotton shirts and evenings only round neck white T shirts.I take bath innumerable times. My house is fully air conditioned. And i finish all my works in the morning .If=ever i go out it is in my air conditioned car to airconditioned places only.

Well it's been extreamly hot where I'm at for the past 2 weeks, I don't have AC or anything in that sort just fans.. They do keep me cool but not cool enough.. Taking cool showers I've been doing that alot lately, just to keep myself from over heating or just go out side and sit under some trees for shade and the breeze. not much breeze lately either just hot.. I do drink as much water as I can which really isn't much though until the evening than I drink it down most of the time.. That's pretty much it!

Well, I don't have a problem keeping cool here, it's about 16 degrees celcius, lol! So, my problem is keeping warm! I've got track pants, jumper, socks and slippers on! Does that make you feel even hotter, lol!

I freeze fruit and eat it to help keep me cool and hydrated. I dehydrate very easily in the summer so my doctor has me drink Figi water too, it's a smoother water and for some reason helps keep you hydrated longer. I also have a little desktop fan that I use if it's really hot. For the most part just run the air conditioner.
