Challenge yourself! Can you do it?
July 10, 2007 5:25am CST
Whether you wake up early or late, what is the first thought that pops out your mind? Is it a thank you for another day, or a complain about anything? We complain about the weather, about our alarm clock glitching again that makes us skip bath instead. Do you know how many complains you make each day? Challenge yourself! Live a day without making a single complain about things you do not have control over. And we love to hear how you fair with this challenge. Share your experience to us later. We'd love to hear about it. So common! Are you up for it??? Keep safety you all...

LOL first thing that comes to my mind when I wake up in the morning is "water...must..drink..water" LOL then its all about having a smoke :-D Seriously though, no I dont wake up thankful for another day and I dont wake up complaining either actually....After the whole water and smoke thing, I think aobut what the weather is goin to be like and whats my game plan for the day.... I dont think I complain about things i have no control over, I talk about them sure (sometimes..depending on the topic) but I dont complain...I mean whats the point ya know, I cant do anything to change it so why whine about it..

No problem. I always try my best to challenge myself so as to live a happy life. I also always try not to worry unnecessarily. If I come across any real worry I will always face it and try to solve it in actual action instead of worrying without doing anything. Merely complain or grumble couldn’t really solve anything.:( Always be practical.:)

I am the type of person who treats each day as a challenge. For me, each time the sun rises means a brand new chance to make things better. Negative thinking has no place in me and I may say, I am a very optimistic person. Whenever I rise up I would always tell myself that things will be better this day.
