Apparently there are around 1,000 people who have worn our their welcome as Sprint customers.
I guess some people have a problem with this. I say GO SPRINT! Too many people think that it is the lot in life of a customer service rep to make their life worth living. They demand the rep break rules and give them special breaks... then do nothing but whine and cry that you don't help them at all.
"The customer is always right" only works for the customer worth doing business with!

Well put people think they deserve everything that they want. It isn't the company's place to provide the consumer with everything. Just what the company provides. If the plan is $39.00/month for unlimited nights and weekends, and so many minutes during peak hours that means $39/month for unlimited nights and weekends and so many minutes during peak hours. If you go over those minutes you pay extra, sorry!!

And if it costs more to keep you as a customer, you are of no value to the company. Gasp!

I totally feel ya on this one Para! In my insurance office I have a policy, and thankfully my company supports me on it. Here's how it goes. We provide insurance, I promise (and alays keep my promise) not to sell you anything more than you don't need, genuinely keeping the insureds best interests at heart. However, if you can't afford the coverage maybe you shouldn't have the car. If you don't want to pay ridiculous rates for your youthful driver make them get a job or go without a license. If you can't pay your bill I'll work with you. If you get cancelled for nonpay, bring the money in and I'll reinstate you when payment is received, do it once, okay, do it twice and I'll tell you about it, do it three times and go find insurance elsewhere. It's called responsibility, and it's not my responsibility to make sure you live within your means and pay your bills on time.

Sounds like a good business plan. I have worked customer service and couldn't believe what some people expect us to do for them. They expect breaks no one else would get, and then they act all offended if you don't bow down to their whims.
Experience teaches us that, while the customer is valued, there are some people who just aren't worth valueing as customers.
