what should i do to keep myself free from ulsers

i m having lot of problems with ulsers can you give me a solution

One remedy for the mouth ulcers is pepermint...It cools down the pain very quickly...But it has to be taken in small amount...The pepermint which is available with panwalas...You can take it in the paan only

are you referring to ulcer? and is it tummy ulcer or just mouth ulcers? if its the tummy ulcer, make sure you eat right and on time. a nurse friend also told me sleeping right and on time also lessens acidic processes leading to ulcers. c',)
