Aging and Anti-Aging forces...

Many people believe that following the Aging and Anti-Aging forces (forces that cause aging)might tell them how to stay young. I think that external Aging forces (unhealthy diet, lifestyle, wrong habits, stress) and Anti-Aging (wellness, changing your enviroment, achieving comfortable social atmosphere in your life, exercise) should be balanced. However, I have my own Anti-Aging formula: 1.- Keep only cheerful friends- the grouches pull you down. 2.- Keep learning-never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop". And the devil's name is Alzheimer's! 3.- Enjoy the simples things. 4.- Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER. 5.- The tears happen: Endure, grieve and move on. 6.-Surround yourself with what you love. 7.- Cherish your health: If it is good preserve it. If it is unstable: improve it. 8.- Tell the people you love that you love them. 9.- Forgive those who made you cry. You might not get a second time. What do you think about this? Could you add another ingredient to my formula? (smile)

That's a nice formula. it won't remove wrinkles, but there is more to life than smooth skin. my question is why not accept your friends the way they are? People have bad moods. People are allowed to be grouchy. Do you turn your back on your friends when they are grumpy? I think a good friend will care for ALL their friends, and help turn their moods around. Dumping the grouches makes life way too easy. Why not help them find happiness?

Yes, I would add, own a pet. Pets like cats and dogs supply unconditional love to their owners. They are a constant source of love whenever you need it.
