Do You Tell Your Therapist Everything??

There are some stuff that I would never tell my therapist I know there there only to help you but some stuff I keep secret is just to embarasing to tell anyone even if the therapist doesnt tell anyone about you I find it embarasing and dont want to tell anyone even though it would probally help me just somethings Im going to take to the grave with me.

I sometimes do but I think if I really told him he might really think I'm crazy.

I tell my therapist EVERYTHING. And, yes, some things I can't tell my husband or other friends. I think it's because you have so much trust with your therapist. Mine is not judgmental in any way, and helps me to validate my feelings. She will even tell me when something I did in a given situation was not the right thing. I feel I need to tell her all of my deepest thoughts because she is there to help me, and this is the only way she will be able to truly understand me.
