Have you ever talked to a human robot?

Today I called a bank and tried to negotiate with them. I was talking to a real person, but they can't do anything for you and will not let you talk to anyone who can. So basically, no matter what you say, all they say is "I'm sorry Ma'am, that I cannot help you" over and over like a robot. I hung up so frustrated, like there is no one in the whole company who can make a decision. You are just stuck with the fact nobody can help you, like you are the only person in the world with this problem. Anyone else have this particular problem, or is it just me?

I never had something like. I find it easier to talk to a regular person who can help and know what to do. I'm not sure why though. I guess either they don't know or just don't want to help. I don't know.

Well, that's how she made me feel, like she didn't want to help me and nobody else would either. Pretty rude!
