It is no more the founder of Microsoft Bill Gates. There is now a new richest man of the whole world. And he comes from Mexico. His name is Carlos Slim, who owns Latin America's largest mobile phone company, and he is worth an estimated £33.6 billion. He over took Gates by £4.3billion after a 27 per cent surge in the share price of America Movil from March to June. This is quite amazing because Mexico is a country marred by poverty and people there are risking their lives just to be in the USA. Irony indeed!
