Yeah when we are heartbroken life seems so miserable but it does not mean that it stops here. After every dark night there is a bright morning so we have to move on and stop living in the past. There are so many interesting thing to do. Go out with friends and enjoy yourself. I know its difficult to enjoy in these situations but crying and sitiing all day at home regretting about what happened wont serve anything. Turn the page and look at the positive side of the matter. Maybe you weren't destined for each other so that's why you got separated or maybe someone better is waiting for you somewhere

i think the most importat to do is you must ask your self whether your boyfriend/girlfriend is deserve to break ups with you, if you think it's good decision i think you just move on your life and search for another person, and a tip from me, just having fun..

you need to divert your attention to other things. Let the pain heal. Avoid thinking about it. Past is past so you should just let go...

When I was break up with somebody that I really in love, its really became a hard time for me. but I tried to go out most of the times with all my best friends and decided to go for a date and when somebody I like but not love yet asking me to become his girlfriend I except that maybe I could love him like I in love with somebody else before and if it not went right just try to find another. for me after you break up, make dating with somebody that you like it helps you thru that, but if you couldn't just go out with friends or family

I just get back into the things I did and probably pushed aside for the person I was with...I get more hours at work, spend more time with my friends, and eventually, I forget all about the person I broke up with...

Love some one who love you. You will not have a break up situation. When I have heard the broken heart in love, I am preparing for that, there are better ones still waiting and accepting my falling heart, if we sit and type in front of screen so long, we don't get much feeling from good human contact.

you have to eat well. sleep well. and do what you have to do. make others happy. dont mind people who hurt you. make new friends. and most of all be happy and pray to God. Goodluck!

When I break up with my boyfriend, I usually spend more time finding a new hobby like perfecting my baking skills, playing badminton or taking dancing class. I also hang out with friends and family a lot. I make sure I keep myself busy to get my mind of the break up and crying for a long time

there is no shortcut in dealing with breakups. people dealing with one would have to undergo through a long process of depression, regrets, lovesickness, anger..you name it... however, i do believe that its most important to realize that not all relationships is bound to last, coz even if both person in love are going to be bound for marriage, there is always the possibility of losing that person caused by various circumstances, thus the lost of love one. and it is important that everyone would know how to deal with the loss, to learn how to be independent in our own way so that we will always be prepared. in dealing with breakup, its nice to keep our minds occupied such as focusing on work, doing the things that we don't have the freedom to do while we are with that person, partying, spoiling ourselves and the likes. just make sure that everything you do for urself is for your own good, something that will help and cheer you up, not something that will further worsen ur problem, but something that will uplift our spirits and energies.
