Best advice I was given was by a friend of mine back in Canada who told me about 4 or 5 yrs ago to "take your life back".....and I did...havent looked back since and things have gotten so much better and continue to do so ever since.....Now I'm TRYING to get her to do the same thing but its not workin out so well :-(
