Hello friends, I have just found a new PTC site which pays one cent per click. It welcomes international members from all countries where paypal is available. The only payout is through paypal. Minimum payout amount is $7. Ads can be clicked once in 24 hours. Being a new site legitimacy cannot be checked. But I feel it to be genuine. Its a good site, but I am not always interested in such offer because of time and above all, cos of paypal. I mean my country is not among the paypal approved countries. Thanks and have a nice day.
