What's the best tablet PC out there?

Mainly I want it for art, music and writting. What do you recommend?

I'm a PC user myself, but if you intend to work with art on it, you might go for a Mac. My younger sister is taking architecture, and the school she goes to requires Macs. I understand they have better graphics than PCs, though PCs tend to be faster overall.
