Any suggestions/tips for boiling pasta?

For adding flavour... for example. Once I tried to add some italian seasoning to it, and it gaves pasta a special taste. Any other tips like that?

Hi there. Usually when Im cooking/boiling pasta, I will boil the water first, with salt and olive oil, then once boiled I add the pasta of my choice and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes...
