calling information for a number

do you hate it when u call like 411 to get a phone number and its a machine, and you say maryland, and they say crabs, it is so frustrating its like just get me a live person , grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I never do get a machine when I call information, although I haven't called them in a couple years. There is a free 800 number that you can call for information, and like I said, it is free.
