How fast should I drive?

Can anyone help me answer a question? I drive the speed limit, I'm sure I'm one of only about 1% of people that actually drive it. The problem is that I'm really getting sick of other drivers cutting me off, flipping me off, tailgating me, etc. Can anyone please tell me how fast I should be driving? Is 5 mph over fast enough? How about 10 or 20 over? Where does it end? Another thing is why would I want to speed like everyone else in the world does? It wastes fuel and it endangers lives. I can just hear everyone that reads this saying that if I'm going the speed limit then I am a hazard on the road. If that's the case then let's just get rid of speed limits all together. People already drive as fast as they want anyway.

I know how you feel. I'm just like you too. I hate it when people tailgate me or zoom past me and I know they are doing at least 20 over the speed limit. My rule is either the speed limit or 5 over. That's what I usually do. Or the most..10...and that's really pushing it for me. I only do the 10 over on highways where it's similar traffic flow.

Thanks for your response! I can't believe we get treated this way for obeying the law! How dare we go the speed limit!

Ya, I'll rather be safe than sorry.
