I am very conscious of my health.I usually avoid salty and fatty foods from my diet and do some exercises every morning. Moreover,I take some vitamins like vitamin E and Calcium to protect me from osteoporosis when I get older. As we grow older we should be careful of our health to enjoy and live life longer.

There's no trick really. You just have to follow the instructions of your doctor. For me, I just take my medicines before I eat. Do a little action or exercise. Plus avoid the things that's not supposed to be over enjoyed. Before my cycle I take Iron to reduce me from being too anemic. I sleep well and try to be active. I don't drink too many vitamins because not all are needed by your body. I eat good food and I go with good company. I can't really say I'm very healthy. But at least I'm trying to be. Plus, keeping a positive attitude works best. Plus, being in love. *LOL* =)

Don't worry, just be yourself and open your eyes to love. Remember to be positive and smile always. Plus never lose hope. Remember that Loving is building a bridge of chance to someone you love. =)

My father's family was loaded with Diabetes. I didn't know how loaded until my father developed diabetes at the age of 80. He always took good care of himself, weighed the same weight for 40 years, walked to work every day of his life. "Everything in moderation" was his motto. He didn't deserve to get diabetes but with his sister, brother, father and uncles all having the disease, my father couldn't help but inherit it. I decided then that I would rather get diabetes at 80 than 40 so I started exercising (walking) and cutting back on sugar. At that time I was 170 pounds, the same weight I was when I gave birth to my daughter. I have worked hard and have finally broken the 140 pound mark. I haven't been walking but I have been watching what I eat. I do have my own illness (fibromyalgia) which limits things that I do and eat. Really the only exercise I can do is walking, and even sometimes that is painful. I cannot eat salads and such because of the Irritible Bowel Syndrome that accompanies fibromyalgia. I take vitamins and supplements as well as my medications. I get a full physical every year. I want to stay healthy, for the sake of my children. They need me.

Yes, we should really be conscious of what we eat... Nowadays the lifespan of our generation is very short. Not like our elders who lives long LOL. Our diet and lifestyle really has a big influence on us so we should be aware of what we eat and do.
