Asda are launching Harry Potters final book at the cheapest price in the UK!

Harry Potters new book is hitting the shops on 20th july and asda will the cheapest retailer selling the book for no more than £8.47 with a potential drop to £7.96. Whos going to be queueing at midnight then?

My experience with the previous books is that they have certainly been cheaper at Asda on the day of the launch, and they have had thousands of them available. We, the vulnerable public, need to be aware that all the hype about shortage of supplies etc is just to heighten the publicity level. Will I be buying the book? probably, but I won't be rushing out on the first day, leave it a couple of weeks and you'll get it even cheaper!

More than likely. Most stores will be creating an exciting buzz on launch night though. Minworth, Birmingham have a live owl in store along with refreshments quizzes entertainment and spooky witchcraft. Wouldnt that tempt you? :P

I think I'm getting a bit too old for that now, but maybe my kids would be tempted by something like that.
