I feel the same way when I had my first baby too, that was only last year but I can still feel how worried I am! My doctor advise me to stay calm because being worried will not help me anymore, I need a positive outlook while laboring and on the delivery itself. Just try to relax.. and breath in and out always. :0 have a great day!
