I just read the FAQs at AssociatedContent.Com. And I got this:
::INTERNATIONAL::
Q: Do you pay Content Producers who live outside of the United States?
A: Due to tax code and other regulations, at this time we are only able to offer payment to citizens or legal residents of the United States. If you are a not a citizen or legal resident of the U.S. you can submit content for no payment. U.S. citizens living abroad may submit content for payment.
Q: I am not a citizen or legal resident of the United States, BUT I do have a PayPal email address. Can I be paid?
A: No. We understand that PayPal facilities international payments, but we cannot offer payment to non-citizens or non-legal residents of the United States due to the legal limitations of our Independent Contractor/License Agreement.
Oh My... I hope it could be changed soon.
Agree with me? ^_^
Best regards.

I may not be from outside the United States but that wouldn't be a problem at all. I think it would be good to rewarded for your efforts. I think it will happen at one point, just don't know when and thinks it would be good.
That's just how I feel about the situation. That's a bummer though. Hopefully one day it will change or maybe an International site made where you can get payments.

Thanks Babostwick!
After I posted what I've read, then I sent e-mail to AC. I've got replied by AC:
"We are looking at changing that policy. However, there is no timetable for when that change might occur."
They are! It's a bit of consolation. At least they promise that change.
Best regards.
