yes, I'm sick since yesterday, however I feel a little better now so I was able to go down and check e-mails and of course check mylot.
but yesterday, I was really weak that I couldn't get up on my bed, that was the most terrible headache I ever experienced in my whole life.
what about you? have you been sick and still able to do mylot? was this a kind of addiction to mylot or am i just bored so i have to do mylot? :)

When I first read your discussion title, I thought you were sick in some other way, but upon reading the whole discussion, I found out that I was mistaken. Anyway, I haven't tried doing myLot while I am sick. Honestly, if I am ill, I have to stay at home, right?! And, we haven't got a computer at home yet. So, it's really impossible to do just that.
Do take care, have plenty of rest, & don't strain your eyes too much ('coz that would give you headaches), & don't forget your vitamins / medicine.

One thing I love about laptops is that I can have mine in my lap while I lay in bed with my head propped up against a couple of pillows. But if I am really under the weather, I will sleep and sleep until I'm over it.

Hi there. Off course lol... Actually that was me last week, I had the flu, headache, sore throat and coughing, instead of staying in bed and resting up, I made myself a drink which was honey,lemon and garlic in hot boiled water, waited for it to cool a little and drank it down then I got back onto mylot and started posting up again... If I didnt, I wouldnt have reached payout the other day...

hehehe, funny you mention this....I just got out of the hospital and I am back here to add my few cents in discussions...I never really was one who likes to join in forums, but this particular site allows me to choose different topics to talk on...hehehe...i am glad to find someone who sees the same way about myLot

he he he I always log on when I am sick - as long as I can sit up straight =)
Sickness will not keep me away from Mylot.. however I recently went thriough surgery and I had to :-) but i am back now, stronger then ever to catch up =)

Hie hie I haven't been sick touch wood but I have been on vacation and nearly had a divorce case because I use to sneak off at night to get to MyLot! hie hie! So I am sure even if I should get sick I will most certainly drag my sorry azz to the laptop! from another mylot junkie!

If I am sick I can't be bothered logging on period. I usually take a bit of time off to get better and then sign back in. Just two days ago I had a tummy bug and stayed off mylot most of the afternoon because I fell asleep LOL

If I'm too sick/weak to sit up then I stay my butt in bed, otherwise, I'm here on the puter or I'll be bored silly. lol That is, if I'm not working.

When I am sick or from a surgery I always see to it that I have enough rest and all I could do is totally free myself in doing any work which includes posting here in myLot and just relax at home.I think we must also need to relax and have our bodu to recover first before doing something else.

If I was sick, I would try to pressure myself to the computer and check emails, but most of the time I would just lie down for hours before I could get back to normal. It can be boring and stressful sometimes. I'm glad you're feeling better.

very interesting topic,I am a freshman.I never have that experience.But if i am sick.I will be in the hospital and can not do mylot.I think it is just a habit not addiction.If you bored for this.You should shift your attention to the other things,you will be feel better.

You're addicted. LOL Just kidding. I usually don't get on if I'm sick. If I'm sick with just a cold then I'll get on but not if I'm really, really sick.

I do login to mylot when iam sick.I had a severe sneezing problem day before yesterday but still login to mylot and responded to some discussion for about an hour.But i felt some uncomfortableness due to cold tendency and unable to get along well with the forum.
I dont think its an addiction but simply because mylot has been added to my regualr routine and hence could not skip doing it.

Oh yes, yesterday and today, I am sick and I am still around to post and check out people's interesting discussions from their profiles. I don't know if I am too bored or I just want to be here. I guess I have set a goal for myself in September and I want to work hard on it. Now I am having a headache but that doesn't seem to bother me when I am mylotting.
