how are you going to accept critics and opinions.??

accepting critics is really hard especially when it is negative. and it becomes much harder when people criticizing you doesn't know how to state that certain critic/s in a way that it will not become that dreadful to you.now, if this happen to you, how are you going to accept it.? will you react in violent way??or just accept it with a heart wide open??
