What do you deal your lunch?

I only have one free hour everyday in the noon(from 12:00 to 13:00),the other time a must have my duty. But the short order is not close to my taste. Do you have this kind of situation?
In addition, although I have much time to cook in the afternoon after my work, but I always donnot know what to do? I am hungry, but donnot know what meal I can cook.
Could you tell me do you have this thing? And how do you deal with it?
