Best Way To Advertise Online? / myLot

I am looking to find out your best place to advertise an online opportunity. I have played with the Get Paid to Click sites, but for advertisers they are awful. I am having success with certain safelists. I use them to post the website in my profile and I make great money from it. But, I know there has to be more things out there. So, tell me what you do or what you have heard is good. I'm always happy to share the things that have worked for me if you need help.
