Are they annoying you?

What do you do or what should you say when they are annoying you while you are working on something else? I dont want to hurt anyone feel but they are always buzzing me to do this and do that while im working on something else. I always tell them that let me finish this first and then I will do what you ask for, but they never listen. I dont know what to do. sometimes I just want to throw them with a pen that I have in my hand ... lolz.... sorry to say that cuz I just can't handle it. Please give me some good word to talk to them

Probably they are trying to get their things done immediately by asking you to do this and that or their fears of forgetting to tell you about the task later thus causing them to pile on you first thing that they could remember so as to rid off their baggage. Well you could prioritize your work in terms of importance or your job scope comes first.
It is their problem then if they cant take your answer as "wait" or whatever which you cant handle.

I like it. Last time I ignored what they asked and they they got mad so bad. then they just dont talk or help me at all. I was like whatever... thanks for the respond

I am one of the manager at this coffee shop and I also couple of people in charge in different department... he/she has the same level just like me. But they just buzzing all the time. I hate it and why it is always me and me. I dont know if they note that I am also busy just like them too. Sometimes, when I dont have anything to do and then I just go to them and ask if they need help? they said NO... Nothing for you today. and it is a funny part now, when I start doing something, they come up and say ok, I need you....lolz

Hmm. How is your work relations to these people? Have you got a friendly atmosphere? Do you like these people/get on with them? I am asking becoz i see there might be an underlaying problem here, but wont just jump the wagon without knowing a little bit more.

in my opinion, if you can't make them stop by talking to them nicely. well you no other choice than to be frank and be honest on what you feel towards their attitude.i dont see anything wrong when you say what you feel eventhough it will hut their feelings...
